We are redesigning lifestyles and urban environments rooted in ESG from various perspectives such as "energy," "health," and "community co-creation" in offices, commercial facilities, and residences.
In this position, you will design and operate spaces and experiences that allow tenants, residents, and the community to enjoy sustainability.
We welcome individuals who can play a central role in ESG operations that connect with the field while possessing a community management perspective.

As an ESG Officer, we are looking for a colleague to implement and operate ESG measures, such as decarbonization and enhancing social impact, in the real estate properties where our company provides services.

We will perform specific ESG analysis and implement improvement measures for each client company and property. Since the service is developed and operated in-house, the scope of work is broad.

You will be able to acquire and put into practice specialized knowledge for the social penetration of next-generation ESG.

Additionally, working arrangements are flexible.

We would like to request the overall interface design for EaSyGo.

EaSyGo displays different ESG information for real estate owners and real estate users.

Please design the screen to appropriately link and arrange these two types of information and to convey the information accurately.

We are looking for colleagues to join us in designing use cases for our in-house services, implementing and operating them using both established technologies and cutting-edge methods.

Since we develop and operate our services ourselves, the skills involved in the work are wide-ranging. You will be able to further hone your strengths and expand your knowledge in areas where you have less experience. There are no hierarchical or nationality biases based on job title, and working arrangements are flexible.
