[Introduction Case] ​​River City 21 East Towers I & Shinkawa

Working with residents on various SDGs initiatives to create a sustainable community

River City 21 East Towers I & Shinkawa is a large residential community consisting of five buildings (1,166 units) located in a natural location facing the Sumida River.

In May 2022, we introduced EaSyGo (residential version) and are promoting the creation of a livable town in cooperation with the local community through facility renovation and operation that reflects the wishes of residents, eco-art using waste from facilities, exchanging and donating children's clothes, supporting children's cafeterias, etc. We also implement programs such as energy conservation, waste reduction, and composting in collaboration with various start-up companies' technologies that lead to sustainable living.
