Visualizing the "sustainability value of buildings" at the intersection of global companies, human resources, technology, and local communities, and linking it to social and economic impact

GOYOH has been selected for the KING SALMON PROJECT, a startup co-creation initiative promoted by the Tokyo Metropolitan Government. In this project, in collaboration with Haneda Mirai Development Co., Ltd., GOYOH will demonstrate a new urban model that simultaneously maximizes the social and economic value of real estate in HANEDA INNOVATION CITY (abbreviated as HICity) .




What is HANEDA INNOVATION CITY?

HANEDA INNOVATION CITY, Japan's first smart airport city directly connected to Haneda Airport, is a new urban hub that combines cutting-edge technology with cultural experiences, providing research, demonstration, exchange, and commercial functions. Centered on advanced mobility, robotics, well-being, and startup co-creation, the city is promoting a model of sustainable urban management both domestically and internationally.

Background of the initiative

In recent years, ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) considerations in cities and real estate have become increasingly important in investment decisions, corporate location, and improving the quality of life of residents. However, at present, it is difficult to see to what extent buildings and cities contribute to ESG goals, or to what extent they align with the social value sought by companies and communities.

Additionally, the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is promoting the "Social Impact Real Estate" initiative, which is based on the current situation in which over 60% of rental office buildings in Tokyo's 23 wards are over 20 years old, with many of these being over 30 years old. Going forward, there will be a demand for "real estate that creates a social impact" as a way to revitalize aging assets and as a new standard of value for investors, tenant companies and users.

The Tokyo Metropolitan Government is also working to promote the city's competitiveness as a place where global capital, companies, human resources, and technology gather, while also realizing sustainable value for Tokyo residents and businesses. GOYOH is addressing this issue through the EasyGo Value Driver, building a system that combines quantitative and qualitative visualization of data on sustainability and social impact with support for behavioral change and value creation.

Through the demonstration at HICity, we aim to establish a "data-driven urban model" in which cities, businesses, residents, and government grow together.


What is EaSyGo Value Driver?

"EaSyGo Value Driver " is a SaaS platform for real estate developed by GOYOH. It is an integrated tool that visualizes and optimizes the value and impact of real estate. It is characterized by its ability to provide ESG management support, optimize capital investment and operations, analyze consistency with tenant companies and the local community, and promote value to stakeholders in an integrated manner.

Future outlook

Through this initiative, we will establish HICity as a "hub for creating sustainability and social impact" and promote its horizontal expansion to other facilities in Tokyo and major cities overseas. Through collaboration between Haneda Mirai Development and GOYOH, we will work to attract global companies, visualize the impact on the local community, and maximize the social and economic value of real estate.
