For 10 years since 2013, she has served as manager of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) Japan office, leading the localization of programs and strengthening member value. She successfully launched numerous new projects, including the first ULI Asia Pacific Summit in Tokyo, the Women's Leadership Initiative (WLI), local product councils, and ULI NEXT. As Chief Sustainability Evangelist at GOYOH, she is responsible for planning, sales, and marketing of EaSyGo products, and is committed to promoting sustainability in real estate in collaboration with organizations such as CRREM, the U.S. Green Building Council, and ULI.
She graduated from a private university in Florida, USA and currently leads ULI Japan NEXT as Co-Chair and Co-Leader of the Sustainability Working Group.
