On Tuesday, April 21, GOYOH Co., Ltd. and Longevity Partners will host a free webinar titled "Social Impact Real Estate: A Practice Guide for 2026."
In March 2026 (Reiwa 8), the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism published a collection of practical examples of "Social Impact Real Estate." This comes three years after the 2023 practice guidance. Advanced examples that challenge the coexistence of creating social impact and enhancing real estate value have been systematically compiled as an official document by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism.
While the measurement and disclosure of social impact are becoming prerequisites for fund management, and interest from institutional investors, financial institutions, and real estate owners is rapidly growing in Japan, there are still not many opportunities to answer practical questions such as "where to start" or "how to collect data and explain it to investors."
This webinar, co-hosted by Longevity Partners, a global leader in real estate ESG consulting, and GOYOH, which facilitates social implementation with global investors, will deliver content directly applicable to practice, from international frameworks, trends, and integration into funds, to practical examples in Japan, measurement, improvement, and coexistence with economic viability. Furthermore, we will also introduce EaSyGo's tools (ValueDriver and REAL IMPACTs) that comprehensively support social impact management.
International Frameworks and Logic Models
Longevity Partners will explain the latest trends in Europe, how global funds incorporate them, and the design of logic models.
